Building the happiest blog in the world is not going to be easy. I don’t know how far I will go with it. I do believe that smile is the best cure for sadness. I love to smile, but I seldom have my smile in the picture. In most of the case, I am behind the camera taking photos of happy people.

So here is my happy smile. I took this photo in China in 2006. My wife and I both quit our jobs and went on 7 months long journey. We traveled between China, Hong Kong and Taiwan with two backpacks. It was a great tour and experience. Life is short. We realize that visiting other countries and experiencing different cultures opens our eyes. We have learned a lot of things on how to deal with different people. Best of all, we were really enjoying out life.

This journey was one of the best one in my life. It not only gave us a brand new idea about what we will be doing when we come back, but also made us realize how important our health bodies are to our happy life. We both word so hard to get to the point of breaking down our health. We have learned it’s time to stop working for money. It’s time to give ourselves some award.

We did it and we loved it. Without a health body, money only pays your medical bill.
