Success Smile - The giant shoe smile from Zappos CEO that make my day

Can the best thing happen twice in two days? I am sure it can! Yesterday, the happiest blog in the world is featured on the happiest news media on earth - HappyNews.com. Today. I got emails from the Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh along with few great photos of him. I actually chat with Tony on Twitter a while back. I told him about my little happiness project. I was not expecting him to response back to me, because he is very busy. Few days later, he reply my twitter message and accept my invitation to participate the project. Here you go!
If you don’t know about Zappos.com, the largest online shoe store on the Internet, you are missing out some great deals to get the best shoes and many other stuff you always wanted. Tony Hsieh is the man behind the success online business. Tony is very active on the social network as well. This makes him an even successful entrepreneur.
Let’s see what Tony has to say about his photos and happiness.
1. Something about you and your future plan in your life?
No specific personal plans right now, just enjoying being a part of Zappos!
2. Why were you smiling in the photo?
This is a photo from our annual “Bald & Blue” head-shaving event at Zappos. Every year, employees volunteer to shave each other’s heads and/or spraypaint their hair blue. It’s a lot of fun and helps our company culture!
3. How would you find happiness and be happy?
Choose to be happy! It’s 100% in everyone’s control whether to be happy or not.
4. What is the secret of your great smile?
There’s no secret, I was having a great time getting my head shaved!5. What would you recommend people do to find happiness and be happy?
Make sure that whatever you do, it’s something you’re passionate about and
would do even if you never made any money from it.

I think Tony definitely need a Zappos tattoo on his head. It looks good! 
Personally, I think we all have something to learn from Zappos’s CEO Tony. Many people know Tony as a previous successful business man, but we should not forget that Tony is also a hard working man to get to become who he is today. There is no sudden success in the business world. If you follow Tony’s Twitter. You know he is very busy, but you can find a pattern of his success.
I really appreciate Tony’s generosity to share his great smile photos and happiness tips. We are in control our life, we should be happy just like we always wanted to be. Keep up your great smile and share that with all of us!

I am really star struck, I shop and buy from zappos and I love it. So thanks for the smile here and the shoes on my feet.

Zappos is a great online store for shoes shopping, they also have a great company culture for people working for them. No wonder their employee are pretty happy.

I had the privilege of travelling to the USA recently and hearing Tony tell his stoty at Business Innovation Factory 4 in Providence, R.I. And I laugh at his amazing participation and sharing through Twitter…..he is firstly a very humble person. He doesnt have an arrogant hair on his head. ;-))) And that allows him not to take himself too seriously. And he really loves a joke and pizza- and if there is no room service in hotels, he orders in pizza and irons them to make them warm and crispy! Ask him about that one day…lol!
