Isn’t that a wonderful sweet and happy smile? I am so happy when I see this happy face on StumbleUpOn. Veronicaromm is a new stumbler friend I found. She has some very interesting stumbles.

As usual, I alwasy ask blogger to share their happiness and hopefully to hope other smile. Here is what she has to say about her smile and happiness.
1. Something about you and your blogs/sites.
I am a new blogger, but have been writing since I can remember. I have a masters in psychology and I love to interact with people, ideas about just about anything. I also write poetry, prose and essays.
2. Why were you smiling in the photo?
Because I tend to be smiling.
3. How would you find happiness and be happy?
Being happy is a personal thing for each person, for me it is being comfortable in my own skin. Be kind, loyal and decent and happiness should follow. There is no equation for happiness.
4. What is the secret of your great smile?
I have a very expressive face and my smile (my friends joked it was a Jokers smile) and eyes tell all about me. I know how to enjoy life and laugh through good and bad times. It is how I survive, I smile. Plus I never smoked cigs and my teeth are really white.
5. What would you recommend people do to find happiness and be happy?
Be your own best friend. Self Esteem is the key to your happiness and I think that people suffer with low self esteem and it impedes their happiness. People are their own worst enemies. My recommendation is work those issues out in whatever way works for you, so you can hold your head up high. A smile and confidence are very important to feeling happiness.
That’s very true about #5. Many people don’t have self-esteen to put their ture colorful smile. I am glad that I found this great smile. This make me a happy person. So can you!

As for the “Joker smile”, that would be Jack Nicholson’s Joker. Nicholson’s characters are sometimes crazy or evil but his smile has a sincere quality about it that makes the viewer smile too. Veronica isn’t crazy or evil (maybe a little…) but she does have a stand-out, high-energy smile.
