Great Smiles - Happy Life - The happiest blog on earth!

This is one great smile that make me very happy. I found this great smile on the Internet. Sarah is a young female dirt biker. I am very happy that she decide to accept my short interview on the happiest blog in the world. You can also check out her blog and some great smiles of her. She really has some great smiles on or off her bike.

Here are something about her.

I’m just the average 23-year-old, only instead of partying at college I’ve devoted my life to racing motorcycles. I travel from race to race and have made friends from all over the world. I know I’m extremely lucky to be able to do what I do for a living, though sometimes it can be hard. Nevertheless I try to stay positive and happy. People say I smile a lot.

1. Something about you and your blogs.
I have been racing motocross for almost my entire life now, and also enjoy writing. My blog was set up by the guys at Racer X magazine, where I used to have a monthly column called Sarah Smile after an old song.

2. Why were you smiling in the photo?
I am smiling in this photo because I just won a race, my first win of the year after a particularly bad season so it made it extra special.

3. How would you find happiness and be happy?

Its hard to be happy all of the time, but whenever you get down you just have to remember what a great life God gave you. Even when life is tough, it could always be worse. I am lucky I get to race motorcycles for a living, so even though its not as glamorous as one may think I have to count my blessings because I am able to do what I love everyday.

4. What is the secret of your great smile?
I guess I am a pretty happy person, I would have never described myself as someone who is always smiling and happy and goofing around having a good time but everyone else seems to think so because I always get compliments on it.

5. What would you recommend people do to find happiness and be happy?
Stop worrying! Worrying is evil. Just relax and know that God has a plan for you and worrying wont change it so go with the flow. Life is short so enjoy it while you can.
